@ShaunGisbourne and @DanKnowlson for interesting conversation about many different topics

@MandieHolgate for all she does for business women in Essex

@AnnGodridge for her writing and blogging with a different aspect

@IrinafromRussia for another view of life

@samuelcise would be blogger and petrolhead – Sam, you sorted the blog out yet?????

And that will be all from me for this week, but I need to make a special mention of @SuButcher who is doing some fab fundraising for a childrens hospice - EACH Treehouse appeal, you can read the story of how it started over here.

Have a great Friday

Baiju Solanki – Essex local business focus

If you have attended any business networking events in Essex then the chances are you have met Baiju. A prolific networker and a keen cricketer Baiju is excellent at sports performance and enhancing performance all round. Last September he gave a fab talk about increasing business performance with goal visualisation at Essex Business Scene.

Lately he has caught the social media bug and is talking of setting up the Essex Social Media group, he is a big fan of Nick Tadd and Vanessa Warwick and they have been helping him spread his wings in this area, and I have co opted him to run Dinner and Desktops in Essex, which is the evening version of Lunch and Laptops (which evolved from the twitter training I did back in March via the university of East London).

You see now how us Essex people are inter-connected now :-)

Baiju is launching his first dinner and desktop event at the Chelmsford Cricket club (where else?) and you can go along and support the event and take away a whole heap of social media advantage just by being there.

You can find Baiju on twitter @baijusolanki or on Blokes on the Blog or on his own performance coaching blog.
